I was very disappointed in this Garmin product Amazon sent me 2 of these products and both were defective….I have used several Garmin products and all were superior to the competition however the Nuvi 780 was a very disappointing experience and has caused me a lot of problems which I have not resolved at this point

this is worst gps ever. works from time to time. gives stupid directions like thru no enter or reverse road. I am going to return this crap!

nuvi 780 has a lot of net work problem. It gives wrong information& wrong direction. It give wrong trafic allert.

I returned the item because it was defective and would not turn on. All return postage was paid and it was done efficiently. I bought a unit at a retail store.

This is one of the worst GPS I have bought. Would not recommend to anyone. Returned to Amazon for credit.
